I will try any food as long as it isn't still alive or spicy in the "pain" category. I ate crickets and chocolate covered worms, and liked them! I am working my way through soul food; pigs ears were pretty good, but fixed a bit too spicy for me.

Soup. Any kind. Even though I live in middle Georgia, soups are still a winter comfort food, and I make the best.
