Apple Walnut Stuffed Pork Roast
I am fairly sure that the originator of this recipe intended for it to use bread CUBES...NOT bread crumbs. Don't know for sure but it is the difference between stuffing and paste.Other than that, this is a pretty good, basic recipe. Very forgiving.

Spooky Calzone Snake
My family has been making "the snake" for our Halloween dinner for years. In fact, one year I figured my kids had gotten too old for it and served something family STRONGLY protested! I try to change the filling up every year. This recipe and the ham/cheese combo are our favorites. It seems like it takes awhile to make but that is just because you have to wait for the rise. Plan ahead and you wont have a problem.

Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing
This is a great recipe! The combination of sweet cornbread and savory herb stuffing mix makes for a great base. I doubled the recipe with Gala apples, pasturized apple cider, and omitted the pecans due to family preferance. Other than that, I followed the recipe. I thought the apples would have been better tossed into the onion/celery mixture at the end but my kids liked the mild bite from the apples. Over all, very good dressing....neither too dry or too moist.
