Soft Gingersnaps

Mine didn't turn out particularly soft after they cooled. They were rather crunchy actually. But they did have an addictive taste.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Easy to make in mass quantity. I made 150 with my friend for a Band treat and it wasn't too hard to do. Just careful on the thickness of the cookies. The thicker one's taste much better.

I think I may have done this wrong. it tasted fine and smelled fine on its own but on bread it may need something else. Maybe onto of butter or peanut butter.

Dumpling Soup

My family loves this! It's best if you use all of the onion (like the recipes says) and if they get a little dark (I burnt mine) while cooking with the bacon, it just adds flavor. It's better to have the onions over cooked than under cooked. My mom made it again after the first time. Don't add much extra water. It doesn't taste as good.

Incredible Punch

Delicious! It has a bit of a bite and would be better for summer, but tasty just the same. I also used strawberry Daiquiri mix instead of the suggested, and my friends loooved it!

Black Magic Cake

STICKY!!! Mine came out overflowing slightly out of 2 9in round. Next time I'll fill 3 half way or just fill a small side thing with the extra. My cake also would Not come out of the pan. It came out finally with digging and my hands in no less than 8 pieces. I ended up just having to mash the cake together. It was to die for in taste however. It made a very nice COW cake as my friend called it. (Cake Out of Whack)

Golden State Mushroom Soup

Nice taste, but perhaps too much onion and in need of a little filler such as potato or something of the sorts. Very good. I added fresh chives on top and that added a nice flavor. Also mine was quite soupy at the end so I added more flour and some corn starch witch helped a ton.

Butterscotch Apple Dumplings

I made the dumplings spaced out to make the look more decorative. It worked but they spread out and became quite the filling desert. I had these warm with ice-cream as a desert and then again the next morning, cold, as a breakfast. Delicious :)

Potato Bread III

Amazing :) I did accidentally scald the yeast the second time I made this recipe causing bread to become a brick once cooked. It was still tasty but was more like a moist cracker.

Old Fashioned Christmas Raisin Delights

I made these for my grandparents as a Christmas gift and they loved them as snacks. However I found that I may have made a mistake with my dough because I needed way more than a lightly floured board, however they did taste delicious.
