Sweet and Crunchy Salad

I have made this salad so many times now, and people ask for the recipe over and over--it is wonderful! I use Splenda, and it tastes great. Definitely good to bring for a potluck dinner.

Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger

The flavor and portion sizes were great! My only suggestion would be to definitely cook the veggies first. I tried cooking them a little as others had suggested, and they still came out crunchy. Next time I'll try cooking all the veggies in chicken broth and then thickening everything with the flour and butter. I used my Pampered Chef deep dish pie pan, and it was just right. The crust was excellent, and it wasn't any trouble to make--it's definitely worth it to make it by hand! Great recipe overall. Just needs some work with the directions--thanks for sharing!!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Great recipe!! The only thing I did differently was use about 1/2 a small onion. Next time I'll try grating the onion (my husband's suggestion) so my picky 3-year old won't spend her time picking them out! My husband is a chef, and he thought this had really great flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

This was my first broccoli salad recipe, and I loved it! I brought it to a Christmas party, and it went over really well. The only things I changed were the amounts of bacon and sunflower seeds. We use a really thick-cut bacon, so I made 6 pieces instead of 10. Also, I cut down the sunflower seeds by half. I will definitely make this again--it was SO easy! Thanks for sharing!!

Saltine Toffee Cookies

These cookies are fantastic!! I made them at Christmas in tins and for a recent reunion, and everyone raved and demanded the recipe. Very easy to make and so addicting to eat! I used finely ground pecans which made for a nice presentation. Even my husband, who is a chef, gave them a major thumbs-up!
