I used regular flour, but added 1.5 tsp baking powder and .5 tsp salt for every cup of flour. Instead of oil, I used applesauce, and for fun I added a little cinnamon and vanilla. While frying, I added a few 6 - 7 chocolate chips -- the family favorite. They hit the spot! yum!

Creamy Garlic Dip
Awesome dip! The cayenne pepper gives it an unexpected kick. I also added 1/4 tsp garlic salt and one fresh crushed garlic clove. :)

White Beans and Tuna Salad
Added 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper to bring out the flavors and used dried blackeye beans to lower the sodium. Fresh and tasty treat! :)
