The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
DELISH. I liked them a bit chewier but it turns out my housemates really liked the almost burned "crispier" batch too. I left the dough overnight and it was pretty easy to work with, when it started getting to soft I just put it back in fridge for a bit. YUM!

Potato Pancakes I

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
I added a lot more flour but that was probably because I didn´t do a very good job getting all the liquid out of the potatoes. I also added a bit more salt, parsley and garlic powder. Will make again!

Spinach Lasagna III

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Excelent. I added a lot more spinach and have used different kinds of cheese (whatever I had on hand). I also added more onion and used the noodles that you do not precook (all that I can find in my local stores).

Quick Yeast Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Very good!! I was wary because of the sticky-ness of the dough but it came out fine.

I couldn´t find colored sugars here in Argentina so I was thrilled to see this "duh!" recipe to color sugar myself! Thanks!!!

Chole Saag

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
I followed the comments and added a can of tomatoes, I also doubled the spices and I thought it was well seasoned. I used half dried chickpeas and 1 350 g can of chickpeas (not sure if it was 15 ounces or not). Really good and really cheap!!!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
They were good, I added more peanut butter -- maybe 1/2 cup more and I also threw in a few bit of chocolate from a baking chocolate bar I had lying around. I also added 1 tsp of vanilla as suggested by the comments and rolled each ball in white sugar before putting on the cookie sheet -- be careful not to push down too much or to remove while still hot because the cookies will crumble!

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
yum! i have had these beans lying around and i didn´t think i would end up making something so delicious out of them. i used less than 2lbs of beans but added the same amount of seasoning. i used 2 chicken broth cubes so I didn´t add any salt.
