Tasty Buns
These are absolutely fantastic! I have made them 3 times now and they are consistently great!! I even froze them and just set on the counter over the course of the day to thaw, and they never had that strange frozen taste some breads get. I cut the recipe in half and used my bread machine's dough setting. I added all liquid ingredients first (I also substituted raw honey for the white sugar in the same amount) and then added flour, salt and yeast on top of liquids. Set it for dough cycle and let it do all the work. After it was done I simply shaped the buns and baked in the oven -- they smell amazing and are just delicious! I have used them as hamburger buns, sandwich buns, dinner rolls -- I can see these making fantastic cinnamon rolls too! This is a super easy recipe that is consistently wonderful. I will NEVER buy store bought buns again after these!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe truly makes the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted - and I've been making them for over 20 years! They really are light and crispy on the edges but chewy in the middle consistently every time I have made them. Now I just make a batch and cook a few and freeze the rest of the dough -- even baking them directly from frozen, they come absolutely perfect! I did follow one review that suggested adding 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar to get that 'cracked' look and it worked great. This is officially the recipe that replaces the one I have been using for years!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
Just made this and it was fantastic!! I followed the common suggestion I kept reading by other reviewers to omit the egg and use 1/2 cup mayo with 1/2 sour cream. I used Amy's Organic semi-condensed cream of mushroom soup and mixed cheddar cheese with muenster and others I had on hand. I used frozen organic broccoli right from the bag and the end product was not remotely soggy or undercooked - the texture was perfect! I also cooked 3 skinless chicken breasts in chicken broth, cut them up and added to the mixture before pouring into the pan to make it a full meal. I didn't have Ritz crackers for a topping so I just sprinkled some Panko bread crumbs on top and baked it that way. I served it over some steamed brown rice and I was very happy at how delicious this came out! My husband hates broccoli but loved this. I will definitely be making this again!
