I was looking for a recipe using pumpkin that my preschool class might enjoy when I came across this one. Perfect! Many of them tried and those that did all liked it.I was shopping without the recipe and unfortunately my memory was lacking so as prepared by me it went like this: 16 oz pureed fresh pumpkin,1 8oz container cool whip, 1 3.5 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix, 3 T. maple syrup, and "some" cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, allspice. It was very good and I would make it that way again.
