Salisbury Steak

The meat was perfect but our family felt the gravy had too much onion flavor and salt. I will make the meat the same next time but do a more traditional brown gravy for the sauce.

Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

The overall taste was good but I like a creamier spinach dip. It was a bit to "sticky" for me.

This was fantastic and SO easy! I followed the recipe exactly. I was leery of the coffee addition but tried it anyway and found that it didn't give a "coffee" flavor but rather enhanced the flavor of the stock.
