Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir Fry
My family really enjoyed. I will use a tad less vinegar and just a tad more ginger next time.

Salisbury Steak
The meat was perfect but our family felt the gravy had too much onion flavor and salt. I will make the meat the same next time but do a more traditional brown gravy for the sauce.

Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip
The overall taste was good but I like a creamier spinach dip. It was a bit to "sticky" for me.
