Absolutely Delicious!! I'm not sure if it was the salt rub or the soaking or the upside down roasting, or the wine or what but this is absolutely the juiciest, yummiest turkey I've ever eaten (or made). I used my own recipe for stuffing, but otherwise followed as directed..it was amazing! Next year I might try the previous suggestion to let it sit in fridge a few hours once rinsed to crisp the skin more (because hubby likes crispier crust) but I thought it was just PERFECT!
