Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

These turned out great. I cooked them in the crockpot for more than the alloted time due to my schedule but they were still tender and flavorful.

Szechuan Spicy Eggplant

It was kind of bland. I used 3x as much chili sauce and it didn't seem at all spicy to me. Also, I should have heeded the warning about saltiness. Definately use low sodium soy sauce unless you like salty foods.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I love french dips sandwiches and variations of philly melts and this recipe gives a good base for them. I like to serve with sauted onions and peppers and sometimes mushrooms on the side.

Honey Ribs

The honey ribs have a great flavor. The sauce is kind of thin, but it's probably not meant to be thicker after all the cooking. I've cooked on low all day several times and it's still very tender and tasty.

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy

This always turns out wonderfully. I don't know that the turkey itself picks up a lot of the maple flavor, but the resulting gravy is wonderful... and I don't typically eat gravy.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I love this stuffing recipe. It's become a Thanksgiving tradition. I've also used it in chicken and it was great. Took it to a potluck in a crockpot and it cooked up well that way, too.

Baked Ziti I

This is a fantastic baked ziti recipe. I have found that if I use one jar of sauce with the meat and one jar with the cooked pasta before assembling, the pasta does not dry out and the flavors blend a bit more.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

This was so good. Used fresh spinach instead of frozen. I only got 2 of each layers, but I think I was assembling the layers thicker than intended. Made great leftovers, too.

Lemon Whippersnappers

Delicious but tempermental little cookies. I love the flavor of these as they are not too sweet, but they need to be watched closely so that they don't get too done or not done enough. Maybe I should use parchement paper as they almost always stick to my good nonstick baking sheets. Still, they are wonderful when the turn out right!
