OMG!!! These cookies are the best. I made them for my Christmas bags, and am now planning to make more because I keep going back for "just one more" The recipe makes a ton, and makes the whole house smell awesome while baking. VERY easy recipe. I didn't use shortening, but butter instead. Easy putting together, and the next day just scooped them out, rolled and in the oven. You will keep this recipe in your recipe box. A must!!!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I don't think I will ever make another chocolate chip cookie recipe. This was the best. I am planning on making it for our christmas party. And I already am printing out the recipe cards, because I know people will be asking for it. They are the best!!! Mrs. Fields, I have your number!!!!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I am usually not very good with bread recipes, but I really wanted to make homemade pizza. This is a great pizza crust recipe. I added italian spices and actually did it the day before. I made it as the recipe said, then just put it in the frig. The next morning, it had rised and I just deflated it and put it back in the frig until I came home from work. Then finished the crust as the recipe said. And it gave me one GIANT pizza. Much too big for my pizza stone. Next time I will just make two pizza out of this recipe. This recipe is a keeper. Now I only get take out pizza when I don't have time to make this.

Herbed Batter Rolls

This is the only bread recipe that I can do with awesome results. It is the easiest and the quality of the rolls are great, especially during the holidays. I have also made more than the recipe calls for. I suggest using a 12 muffin tin. I have used different herbs that I like such as thyme, and rosemary when I make them with a roasted chicken. Experiment with the recipe. And make sure to place this one in your recipe box, because people will be asking for the recipe.

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

Being from South NJ, the summer for me always includes jersey tomates, and if you have a garden or know someone with a garden, they are always around. The recipe is easy and everyone in my family loves it. The dill is a nice change of pace and is not too much. Using the apple cider vinegar also makes it not as strong as using white vinegar.

Creamy Lemon Cake

I used eggbeaters and light cool whip and this cake came out GREAT!! I had only a yellow cake mix in the pantry, but added 1 teaspoon of lemon extract to it, and my family never knew the difference. This cake is light, creamy, and not over powering, or filling. Perfect for a desert for Easter Sunday. I can't wait to try it again.
