Baked Chicken Nuggets
I'm 63 male, lazy when it comes to cooking BIG things( major projects) .. This was great ! easy ,tasty, & I doubled the batch (Even I know 1 batch was a tease ! ) .. did it EXACTLY (this was my first with this recp.). came out OUTSTANDING ! I did however use a egg wash instead of butter, & think next time will reduce the salt by 1/2...THANK YOU TERESA ! ;-) ( also made mashed taters w/ butter browned onions , & mixed veggies ! to die for ! Will ALSO consider using Turkey Breasts ( my fav. for reg nuggets )
