REALLY GOOD! I added cubed potatoes and used oven safe pasta bowls and made a bunch of individual ones. No reason why you could not make these ahead of time and freeze them before baking...like the grocery store ones. Yummy.

Peanut Butter Crispies II

Super good! I added choc-chips on top, and put about a cup less krispies in to make sure was not too dry and I was happy I did. My family at the entire pan the same night. Nxt day I made more but mixed the choc-chips into the mixture and did "drop bars" on parchment paper. Just testing out the idea, was kinda fun. Either way super good!!

Good 100% Whole Wheat Bread

BEST BREAD I HAVE EVER MADE! I will be making this a staple. It was very light and stayed fresh for several days (big surprise). I did sub one cup of white flour (per other reviews) and will not change a thing nxt time. AWESOME BREAD!

Brownie cookies

I did not chill the dough, but added about 3/4 c powdered sugar to give it more substance. I did chill the cookie sheets though which made a big difference and only takes about 30 mins (keeps them from spreading too much) and did not roll them in powdered sugar. I am going to frost them with peppermint frosting. YUM!

Dark Chocolate Cake I

THIS CAKE IS LIKE CRACK!!! I could not stop eating it, it was so good. I did a bundt cake and did chocolate glaze and white glaze. Seriously I ate the entire thing in two days. SO BAD! Use a high quality cocoa and this is the best cake ever! I used Giradeli (spelling) and it was so worth it. I am now making another one to cover up my naughtiness ;) the hubby will be home in three hours from out of town haha.
