Granola Bars III

My kids wouldn't even touch these. They had a strange flavor. I couldn't get them to hold together, either. I might try again with some modifications.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This is very good. I added the soup and about 1/4 cup of chicken broth at the beginning. Also, I added mushrooms with the cream cheese. Delicious!

Broccoli Beef II

This was so good. I let the meat simmer for an hour because my husband was late from work, then added broccoli and mushrooms. The meat was very tender and the flavors blended nicely.

Chicken Enchiladas II

This is so yummy and very easy! I use Velveeta instead of Cheddar and cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. It is just spicy enough for adults, but not too spicy for my kids. Definitely a winner!
