Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
Pretty good recipe, but I found the cookies to come out a bit dry on the inside. However, I did end up with one good batch by accident... My 2 year old played with the oven temperature knob and cranked the heat to 500 without me noticing. They cooked that way for a few minutes (couldn't be more than 3 or 4) after having baked at 350 for maybe 4-5 minutes. I took them out of the oven as soon as I noticed the temperature. They were golden brown on the outside and somehow VERY moist in the inside... I will try to make them this way again, with a blast of high heat for a short amount of time. They were the best of the 3 batched I cooked that day!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
The cookies DO come out big, fat and chewy! I added bits of Heath Bar in this recipe (1.5 cup of choco chips and 1.5 cup of Heath Bar Crunch bits), and ended up with a batch of some deliciously gooey in the center and crunchy on the edges cookies. I did reduce the sugar amount by 1/4 c and they came out very sweet still. Next time, I think I may put in only a cup of brown sugar only. It depends on your taste I suppose. In any case, absolutely delicious recipe!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
I followed this recipe to the T - with the exception of the sugar/cinnamon coating. I took in one of the reviewer's suggestion to add more of each. They came out perfect. They've become my husband's favorite Snickerdoodles! Edges are crispy while the center remains soft and tender. And so flavorful... Will definitely be making these again!
