Banana Banana Bread

Good texture and flavor (according to my son. I don't like bananas). I used about 2/3 cup brown sugar and that seemed good enough. I didn't measure amount of bananas. Used about 4 medium ones.

Fluffy Pancakes

These are the best pancakes I've ever made. Fluffy, tender and delicious. I will probably cut back on the salt next time though; the pancakes were very slightly on the salty side.

Pumpkin Gingerbread

I loved this! So easy to make and very tasty too. I didn't have much orange zest (like only 1/2 tsp) and it still tasted great. I used frozen green beans that I cooked in microwave first. Wish I had more recipes like this one.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This is a yummy pizza dough. I make it in a bread machine using bread flour. Sometimes I have to knead in a little extra flour after taking it out of the machine. I halve the dough. One half I use in a 13"x9" pan, other half I freeze for later. I prebake the dough for about 10 minutes before adding toppings and then continue to bake for 10-15 minutes more. The pizzas always turn out great.
