Perfect red chili recipe. Only adjustments I made were to omit water, it made the chili very soupy -without water was perfectly thick, and used double the amount of beans, black instead of kidney. I also added two TBS of brown sugar as suggested by another review, gives it a subtle depth of flavor. I make this not only with ground turkey but also with meatless veggie crumbles and there is no difference in flavor. Is amazing the next day. I serve it with my homemade cornbread, it's a wonderful comforting dinner
