Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh
Great balance of flavor. This is one of the only ways I like sweet potatoes. The only change I would suggest is switching to boneless skinless chicken thighs. Simmering breast meat for long periods of time makes the chicken dry. I get that this is a stew but if you make the recipe with thigh meat you will notice a major difference in the texture and flavor of the stew.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
This is an amazing recipe and is every bit as good as the onion rings I have had at any park. The only comment I have is that the nutritional calculations are inaccurate. I was worried about this recipe being too carbohydrate heavy based on the nutritional levels provided but you will use very little of the batter in making the onion rings.
