Bacon Roll Ups II
This recipe was simple to make. Rolling up the bread and bacon got messy but not unbearable. I recommend buying good quality bacon. I went through 1.5 packages because some of my bacon was fatty and I did not want to use one strip of pure fat. Also, I baked the roll ups for 30 minutes at 350 and it did not seem like enough. I increased the temperature to 375 and baked another 10 minutes and they were perfect. Before I served them I pulled out the toothpicks because I did not want anyone to accidently pop one in their mouth with the toothpick still in it. I will defiantly make this again.

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge
This is my favorite fudge and it is simple to make. I melted the chocolate in the microwave. I put it in for 30 seconds at a time and took it out to stir. I continued until the chocolate was smooth and creamy. Also, make sure to leave cut or break the cookies into large chunks to prevent the fudge from turning to a dingy gray color. I make sure to pick up the cookie pieces from the cutting board instead of sliding them off the cutting board into the chocolate. This was I don’t get any crumbs in the fudge.

Easy Toffee Bars
So good and so easy you would be silly not to try this recipe. One thing I should mention…do not make this on a cookie sheet. The first time I made this in a 9X13 dish. It worked well. The next time I got lazy and made it on a cookie sheet, BIG MISTAKE! The toffee melted and spilled into the bottom of my oven.
