I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving this year and it was not good. I was reading all of the other reviews and don't know where I went wrong. I followed the recipe exactly and the pie just did not have any flavor. I don't think I was suppose to use just a regular can of pumpkin, maybe the can of pumpkin pie mix instead??? We ended up throwing the pie out, just not enough flavor.

Scalloped Corn

I made this dish for Thanksgiving this year. I tried it exactly as the recipe stated and it was good, but next time I might make a few changes. The scalloped corn that my mother used to make wasn't as dry so I might not drain the can of corn next time. Also it need a little kick so next time I might add a little pepper or some other spice. Overall though it was a pretty good dish.

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

This dish was very good. I made it for Thanksgiving this year and it turned out wonderful. The cheese gives it a very nice flavor. I did leave out the bacon (just a preference) and it still tasted great. One note though I would double the recipe if you are cooking for more than two people.

Crepes

Really easy to make, and I have never made a crepe before in my life. Great to make when you have no idea what to make for breakfast, all the ingredients I already had in the house. At first I thought they would be too bland but the ingredients that you fill them with make them very sweet.
