Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
While the taste of the seasoning was pretty good, it was way too spicy for us even with only using half the amount of cayenne. This is coming from someone who use to enjoy eating marinated jalepanos as a snack. My husband said he liked it, but that it did pack quite a punch. I had to wash off my kids pieces, and even then they said it was too spicy. Will try again with only a dash of cayenne next time.

Classic Macaroni Salad
I love this salad and so does the hubby. I make it in big batches just to eat over several days myself! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I cautioned and went with reviews to cut down the sugar. I used exactly half of what it called for. I figured if it wasn't sweet enough then I could always add in, but not take out. It was perfect with just half the sugar. Also, I like my mac salads fairly creamy and this is just enough to coat (once it sits and soaks in). So if you are like me, then do 1 1/2 or double the sauce for the recipe. But even as is it tastes great. We're a big fan of olives and eggs in our mac salad, so at the end I added those in too.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
These are AWESOME!!! I'm a true chocoholic, and these are not for the faint at heart. The only difference in my cookies were that I used Hershey's special dark cocoa instead of the regular cocoa to deepen the chocolate flavor. VERY rich! Love it! (I've made them with regular cocoa before as well and gave them as gifts. We and our recipients loved those too.) Also, I gently rolled the dough in my hands to shape it out before putting on the baking sheet. Made for perfectly round cookies. They didn't really spread at all, so shaping them makes a big asthetic difference. :)
