Lime Pear Gelatin Salad

I was given this recipe by my mother in law 40 years ago and it is still one of my favorites. Great at holidays, light and tasty. It's very easy to make.

Cherry Cheese Pie I

Great pie, i've been making this for years with little changes.. I use powdered ( confectioners) sugar instead of regular sugar and add a teas of almond extract. I also use a pecan crust instead of graham cracker crust. I always get raves.

Steff's Shepherd Pie

This is a great comfort food and so easy. I did change a few ingredients. I added 1 cup frozen peas, 1 can niblets corn, i usually don't use green beans but since I had some leftover I threw them in also. Added a salad and fresh baked bread=one delicious easy dinner.
