Oh. My. God. This is *fabulous*! My new favorite bread, and I make lots of really great bread. This works really, really well in the bread machine, and is terrific made in the oven too. I did end up adding about 1/4 cup more bread flour. I brush the crust with olive oil (after baking) and sprinkle it with some coarse salt, and then we break it apart with our hands to eat. Of course we serve it with some herbed or peppered olive oil for dipping.
