This is a very good stew i like cooking when i feel like it and i like to add my own little touch to stews I added 1/4teaspoon of ginger to the stew a tablespoon of brown sugar and i cook my onions with cinnamon be for adding them to my stew I had cooked some black beans the day befor with dryed onions and bacon I added them to the pot at the end of the cooking time juice and all i also cooked carrots in the stew D-lish I tell you.I will be making this one for a long time we ate it over a bed of Jambalaya cajun rice mix by vigro thanks for a great recipe. girlface

Breakfast Prune Spice Cake

this is a very good cake moist and the taste is outstanding. I put a glaze on mine yum. My glaze was butter lemon and orange juice sugar and powder sugar did not measure but you should be able to figure it out. I used 1cup of white sugar and a half of a cup of brown sugar and i used a teaspoon of orange extract with the vanilla in the cake batter

Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)

This soup needs another star.I used oxtails for my meat, outstanding.I also used Yuca/cassava which taste like a potato but is a little sweet. You can buy it in a mexican store that sells vegetables it was very good in the soup i wish i had put more than i did. I also used 3lb can of broth and added more water.You will know if you need more water.Oh ya you have to peal the Yuca/Cassava.I will cook this one again and again outstanding I tell you.

D-lish I tell you.I made a glaze to go on top of mine used broun sugar powder sugar butter and orange juice did not measure but it should be a smooth and creamy paste D-lish i tell you girlface

Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread

D-lish I tell you did a little twicking add chocolate chips 1/2 cup of white and 1/2 cup brown sugar for a to total of 1c of sugar added nutmeg and cinnamon made a glaze with brown sugar power sugar and orange juice used chopped roasted nut D-lish I tell you girlface
