Just okay. I would omit the almonds next time. My husband prepared this and added more garlic than what was called for...I would go with just the amount specified.

Excellent muffins! Moist and flavorful. I made the following changes: substituted 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup oat flour (ground oats in my food processor) for 2 cups of the all-purpose flour; substituted 3/4 cup applesauce for 3/4 cup of the oil; and reduced the amount of sugar to 1 cup. Healthier and yummy!

Bacon Roasted Chicken

The bacon cooked on the chicken itself was divine! The chicken was very moist, but we didn't see where the bacon added that much flavor to the chicken - BUT, if you ate the chicken WITH the bacon, heaven. We cooked the bacon a little longer in the microwave once removed from teh chicken.
