Squash and Zucchini Casserole
I dislike when people rate a recipe based on the changes they have made, so first of all as is I think that this recipe is quite good, definitely 3 1/2 stars. With a few small changes I think it can get even better. I tried this recipe for the first time today. I added a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs as recommended by another reviewer to give it a little crunch, this was definitely a good decision. I also added a tiny bit of garlic salt on top of the bread crumbs as I felt it needed just a tiny bit more flavor. I think next time I might make a few small changes. I was thinking about sauting a little garlic in the butter and brushing that on the layered zuchinni and squash. I also think that a little fresh basil might taste nice as for some reason this reminds me of a light pizza. Overall this is a great, simple recipe that offers everyone a good starting point and something to build off of!

Chicken and Gnocchi Soup
I made this soup for my boyfriend and I and we both agreed that it was very yummy. This soup was pretty inexpensive to make as most of the ingredients we had on hand. It was also extremely simple (even people who don't cook would find this easy), and didn't take me more than 10 minutes to put together. I threw a few split chicken breasts in the slow cooker to cook for a few hours. I saved the juices, added a little bullion and water and used that as the base for the soup. I omitted the celery but otherwise followed the recipe. I did attempt to make the gnocchi myself.... but that was disastrous and ended up going with some pre-made refrigerated gnocchi. The only 2 reasons why this recipe did not get 5 stars from... I felt the soup had a bit of a "weird" after taste, almost like playdough (could have been something I did, maybe the gnocchi), and it wasn't anything extraordinary deserving of 5 stars. Overall it was good and I will definitely be adding this one to my collection :)

Fabulous Wet Burritos
This was my first attempt at making a wet burrito. It was fairly easy to make, but made 4 times too much sauce. It was extremely obvious that this was an Americans take on Mexican dish. It was good, just not what I was looking for.
