Tomato Enchilada Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2002
we really love this recipe, it didn't take too much time to make and tasted very good.I added some cheese to the stuffing and we topped the finished dish with a spoon of sour cream, oh I did not have celery on hand so I used some celery salt, because it also needed salt in the recipe, and it still turned out wonderful. Thank you for your tastey recipe Sara. feb.5,2003 i just wanted to update that i made this dish last night, but did not have the chicken, so i use center cut pork chops that i seasoned and baked before hand cubed them and used them instead of the chicken,oh my lord i think that they turned out even better with the pork. my husband wants me to try steak next, can't wait to try it. thanks again sara.
