really great and simple recipe. The dough wasn't sticky at all, more like a pie dough... i might have done something wrong, but it turned out great. I split the dough in two and kneaded in dried fruit and nuts in one, and mini chocolate chips in the other. This is a great basic recipe where you can add your own touch. Definitely the best I've tried.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are the best Chocolate chip cookies I've ever made - so easy!! I accidently put 2 whole eggs- opps! It still turned out great - also added 1 1/2 cups of chopped walnuts. They were actually better the next day. I put them in a big ziplock bag, and they stayed chewy. Thanks for the great recipe.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Excellent and easy recipe! I didn't have walnuts, so I used chopped peanuts instead - still were very good. Stayed soft after a few days in an air-tight container. It's hard to find a great recipe that always gives you good results, but this one will not disappoint you.

New York Cheesecake I

This is a very smooth cheesecake. The crust is delicious. If you follow the recipe exactly, you won't go wrong. Always comes out perfect - no splitting on the top. I've recommended this recipe to my co-worker, who now makes this cheesecake for the office every now and then. Great tasting, might be too rich for some people, but perfect for me. Thanks!

Pita Bread
