Excellent! This came out VERY spicy. Soooo Good!! I added extra fresh Garlic, cause I always do. (Garlic lovers here). Also, used Rotel canned tomatoes with peppers. Added a can of Chicken stock because it was a little dry. Woooo baby ! Absolutely wonderful ! Thank you.

Kisses Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2003
Really not a lot I can say about this recipe, except that I won't have it around the house very often. It's very good, and I can feel my arteries binding up as I write this.

Old English Cream Pie Filling

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2003
This came out good except for a couple of my own mistakes. I should have simmered it a little longer once it was all together as it didn't set up quite a well as I would have liked it to. Also, I made a Chocolate Banana Pie with this recipe, and I don't think that the extra sugar is really necessary. It was very sweet as it was. Just my preference though. Very good. Thank you.

Black Forest Mini Cheesecakes

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2003
I made this yesterday for a B'day party at work. Although, I really didn't care for this, it got good reviews from co-workers. I'm a lover of cheesecake, just don't know what it was that I didn't like about this one. Anyway, a 5 star rating from my fellow co-workers. Thank you.

Basic Easy Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2003
We made this yesterday. Normally, I use "Frank's Hot Sauce." (not real spicy) All that I had on hand yesterday was chicken thighs and "Tapatio Hot Sauce." I also added a tsp. of garlic powder and two tsp. of red pepper flakes. LORD HAVE MERCY!! This has to be equivalent to sucking on a hot coal. But absolutely delish. Thanks.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

I thought these were very good. I was a little hesitant in trying this because of the rating given by the "AVID BAKER, on her way to CULINARY SCHOOL"......We really enjoyed these. Thanks!

I've been making this recipe for quite sometime now. Try adding a couple of tsp. Garlic Powder, a tsp. of Onion Powder and a tsp. or two of "Emeril's Essence" to the flour mix. I also use a couple of sticks of butter to substitute the Oil. Yum ! Thanks for sharing Jo Ann.

Breakfast Pizza I

Reviewed: May 5, 2003
My son and I just threw one of these yummy pizzas together. We used a 16 inch pizza pan and two packages of Crescent rolls for the crust. I added 2 oz. of canned diced Jalapenos, a four ounce can of diced green chilies, (Ortega is good.) Eight ounces of sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and two cups of shredded pepper-jack cheese, all added to an increased 7 egg and milk mixture. Also added an extra 1/2 lb. of ground pork sausage. This was beyond excellant. This one's a keeper, for sure. Thanks Tammy.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

Reviewed: May 3, 2003
Wow...this is GREAT! So easy ! I used a 13 inch Cast Iron skillet, (well seasoned) to prevent sticking. The cake came out about 2 inches thick. I increased butter to 1-1/4 sticks and used all pineapple juice to substitute the water. My son and his friends devoured this cake. Making two, next time. A keeper for sure. Thanks Anne.

Mama D's Italian Bread

MOMMA MIA ! This is not safe to have around the house if you or anyone else is on a low-carb diet !!! This bread is addictive. I added a couple of tbls. of Olive Oil to the recipe. I've made this bread twice, and both times it came out perfecto. Thank you.

Texas Sheet Cake I

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2003
I've been making this recipe for many years. This is the cake that Lady Bird Johnson makes for LBJ. Now I figured, if it's good enough for the Ol' Pres, and he's a genuine Texacan...I'll give it a try. I wasn't sorry. Give this a try. Very good. Thank you.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2003
This is soooo good !! I made Tacos for some friends the other night for the Mike Tyson fight. The Tacos went ALMOST as fast as Tyson's adversary. I increased the garlic, onion, red pepper and oregano to 3/4 teaspoons. I like the fact that there isn't any thickening agent. We like em juicy. A real keeper. Thanks.

I used fresh Tomatillos. I think the lime was quite a bit over powering. Don't believe I'll try this one again.
