Quick and Easy Brownies

Add chocolate chips and walnuts. I like the cakey texture, but if you want more of a "brownie" just add 1 c of flour instead of 1 1/2.

The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Kids loved it, made with frozen meatballs (not italian) pineapple juice instead of water, and pineapple chunks. I served it on rice. I think it would be even better with chopped onions and green peppers.

Peanut Butter Balls III

very good, but if you just dip the balls in chocolate the chocolate it way too thick, but if you put zip lock bags over your hands and dip your hands in the chocolate you can roll the balls in your hands and they are covered with much less chocolate and they are not so rich. Only problem is it is very messy.

Holiday Peppermint Bark

The first time I made it it worked perfectly and then my kids and husband ate it all before Christmas, so I made some more, but when I went to break it up all the normal chocolate separated from the white chocolate and it didn't look great. I didn't know what happened, so I was nervous to make it again because I didn't know how to keep it from happening again.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

it was easy to make, but it was tiring to have to stir it for so long and it took a lot longer to change color and it still wasnt very dark, but spreading it and the chocolate were easy and it was delicious.

Slow Cooker Chicken with Leek Soup Mix

I thought I had leek soup mix but I didn't, but I did find Italian dressing and recipe mix, I used 1/2 onion some celery, 3 whole chicken breasts and added the .7 oz italian dressing mix and the cream of... soup and cooked it in the slow cooker and served it on rice with some fresh baked bread on the side, it was excellent!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I made it last year and it turned out perfect, I made it this year and it was a soggy gooey mess. I added some more bread and it turned out ok. I dont know what went wrong.
