Wednesday Waffles

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2015
Very good! Even hubby liked them! They had a nutty taste to them-will definitely make again. Did sub egg beaters for eggs and used buttermilk in place of water. Thanks for a great recipe!

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2014
I don't have a bread machine so just mixed these up the classic way with one rising before rolling and shaping. They have a great taste, Moist tender inside but a crispness to the crust. Thanks for a great recipe. I will make these again!

Unbelievable Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2014
Very easy and fast. Dough is very easy to work with. I did sub 1 cup of whole wheat flour and cut sugar in half as I did not want a sweet dough. They still were very lite textured. Will make again.

These are awesome! I only had nonfat cottage cheese in the house so pureed one cup and subbed for the ricotta. They turned out perfect! Will definitely make these again!

Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2014
Very good and moist. We didn't want Italian flavors tonight so I used just the tarragon, salt, pepper, garlic and ginger to season the flour. I also cut the recipe to 2 servings. The breading stayed on and was crisp!! We will definitely do this recipe again!

Candied Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
The chicken stayed moist and tender- dilish!! Fast easy way to do frozen chicken breasts. I did thaw them in the microwave partially. The only change I made with the sauce was to use only 1 TBSP of brown sugar and the sauce was sweet enough. I also skipped the pinneaple slices. Another tip: on a hot August day this dish was a breeze to do on the grill in a cast iron pan on indirect heat.
