I didn't read any of the reviews before I made this, but I also didn't notice the water but i mixed the soups on the stove with almost the same amount of milk and used real cheddar because that processed stuff isn't allowed in my kitchen. It turned out good and almost all of it was devoured much to my disappointment for leftovers. Still seems it was missing something will play with it next time. Maybe a sharper cheddar will help.
