On the Wagon with Weight Watchers Simply Filling

I am in my third week of Weight Watchers. This is my second time actively doing the program, after becoming a Lifetime member in 2001. Last time, I used the points plan. This time I am trying Simply Filling. So far, I really like the Simply Filling
plan and believe that this is the best organized diet program on the market I have seen to transform my eating habits permanently. Slow, steady, and healthy.
I am one of those people who doesn't like to do things half-way, so I am giving a lot of mental energy to this effort and am always on the search for tips, recipes, and motivation. I will use this blog to share what I find.
