Dessert Crepes

Delicious! I was an expert creper with the first one. Combine ingredients in the bowl and whisk together per instructions. Then put combined ingredients in the blender. Blend for 10 seconds. Mine had no lumps. Make sure to pour a little mix into the pan and spread thin by moving the pan around. My fiance and I loved them. Try with raspberry jam and cool whip. Roll then sprinkle with powdered sugar. These are soooooo yummy. You won't be disappointed.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Delicious! We loved it. We used a bag of precooked bacon from Coscto and just put it in the pan to warm instead of fry. Make sure to NOT use reduced fat parmesan cheese. Stir in egg quickly or it becomes a solid egg. I added olive oil to each prepared plate at the end because it was too dry.

Ginger Salmon

Fast, delicious! I used dried ginger and it was awesome. I very rarely rate, so consider this meal a 10 star. I threw in cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach (with feta cheese) into the same baking dish as the salmon for the same amount of time. Easy meal the family!

Trout with Almond-Herb Crust

Delicious BUT I made changes. I made one helping following the directions meticulously. Then I made my own variety. I liked mine much better. I baked it in the oven 400 degrees per inch of thickness. The milk is unecessary. I used seasoned crouton crumbs instead of saltines as the saltines are not flavorful enough to carry this recipe. I added more almonds and used a dash of dried thyme in addition to the real herbs. Scrumptious!

Asian Chicken Salad

Amazing Taste! Restaurant quality. Will make again and again. Be sure to make extra dressing. It's delicious. Be sure to let dressing stand for 30 minutes. The dressing doesn't taste as good, any sooner than 30. I bought chow mein noodles (instead of rice noodles) and added mandarin oranges in the can.

No Bake Double Good Dessert

Perfect 10. Add 3T of butter to Oreo crust to help it stick. Place in freezer 10-15 minutes before adding filling. No other adjustments needed. Will make again and again!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

I used a combination of fresh toasted bread crumbs and Wheat Thins instead of all bread crumbs (mostly Wheat Thins). This was able to give the recipe both the extra flavor and the proper texture other reviewers felt it lacked. I went easy on the Dijon mustard, but was asked later by my fiance to add more next time. It was simply delicious (I don't even like salmon). This one is a keeper!

Asian Salmon

Restaurant quality. Followed ingredients perfectly. Broiling at the end is a must. Very, very delicious! The longer it marinades, the better it tastes. I baked it at 400 degrees for 10 minutes per inch thickness, but check every now and then to see if it's done.

Alaskan BBQ Salmon

Sweet and sour all at once. I used the ingredients as a marinade and baked in the oven instead of on the grill. I will make again, but will use the marinade also for veggies or for rice.
