About this Cook
I build and repair cars from basic fixes to full race builds. I was going to go to culinary until I found out the cost! So I when to school for my other passion cars! I also breed and keep reptiles.

I'd say Middle Eastern foods, Japanese, and Italian are my favorite things to cook. (Chicken Tikka Masala,Sushi of all kinds, and Fet. Alfredo with grilled chicken)
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandma's Bishops Bread. Every Christmas she made it for everyone. So now I do it for my family now that she passed.

Colcannon Bake
Great on St. Patty's Day or any other get together! I like more cheese... So I used 3/4 cup Cheddar and also an imported Irish butter. It just taste better than regular super market butters!

Cajun-Style Beef and Beans
It's pretty good but not really cajun... The cajun seasoning is very salty. So like most people said cutting it is a good idea. Old Bay Blackened seasoning adds a bit more "cajun" style taste to this dish. This is what I changed in it keeping it still pretty quick and easy. 1 TBS Cajun Seasoning 1 TBS Blackened Seasoning 1 TSP Garlic Powder If you have some extra time say 2+hrs I would recommend making a nice roux to cook this in for a more real "cajun" taste.

Canadian Barn BBQ Sauce
I used a little less brown sugar and added liquid smoke... but all in all great sauce for ribs!
