Orange Cranberry Drops

Made these for Thanksgiving day munching, definitely an any occasion cookie! I think they taste similar to the "scones" that are sold in the grocery bakeries, really great with a cup of tea or coffee. I added some almonds and white chocolate chips too, definitely a keeper!

Pumpkin Swirl Bread

WOW WOW WOW!!! @_@ This bread turned out really great! I really enjoy pumpkin/cream cheese paired together, and this recipe is much lower in fat than my favorite coffee chain's pumpkin-cream cheese muffins too.... I might try using a tad more cinnamon or adding vanilla to the cream cheese swirl. ;)

Coconut Cream Pie VII

This was my first coconut cream pie to make, took it to the family's Thanksgiving festivities, got rave reviews. Will make again!
