Excellent recipe! After reading other reviews, I decided to cut the recipe in half. I'm glad I did because it made two large sized thin crust pizzas. This was a very easy recipe and I will defintely use this as my only pizza dough recipe from now on. Thanks!!

This was a big hit at our fall bonfire party this year. I loved the presentation of having the dip in a pumpkin. It also tasted much better with gingersnaps than vanilla wafers. I didn't try it with apples, but I image that would have been very goo too.

These were good, except it took forever to cook because you can't fit very many slices on a cookie sheet at one time. So I had several batches to make. Other than that, this recipe got my kids to eat eggplant, which I thought would never happen :)

I made this pie for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful! In fact, I didn't even end up taking it to Thanksgiving at my parents, because we sliced into it the night before. Yummy!!

This is the first time I've made stuffed peppers and they turned out excellent! I used black beans as another reviewer suggested and it was a great vegetarian meal. My kids and husband just ate the stuffing out of the peppers, but at least I got them to do that!!

This is the first quiche I have ever made and I loved it. My kids loved it too. My husband doesn't like onions so he wasn't crazy about it. I may use a little less onion next time as there was quite a bit. I did use cheddar cheese instead though. Overall, a great recipe and will definitely use again.

For some reason my loaves turned out almost burned on the outside and slightly gooey in the middle. I'm not sure what happened, but I followed this recipe as written, with the exception of using applesauce in place of the oil. I do this with all recipes though, so I highly doubt that is why it turned out that way. Good luck!

Excellent recipe!! I made this for Christmas at my inlaws this year and it was such a hit! It was easy to put together and tasted just like a reuben sandwhich. We used multigrain crackers and it was delish!! Highly recommend if you like reubens!

These were good and my kids would not stop eating them. We didn't use icing either, just ate them plain as muffins.

I made this for Christmas Eve at my grandma's house and everyone loved it. It was very simple to make too. The only thing, I may do differently next time is use a little less popcorn because the cinnamon sugar glaze didn't fully cover the popcorn. It was still delicious, just had some pieces that were plain in the mix. Overall, a great easy snack!!

I made this recipe exctly as written except I used 4 cans of beans and frozen corn instead of canned. It turned out good, but was VERY spicy. If you are planning on feeding this to kids, you might want to reduce the amount of chiles and red pepper flakes. My kids couldn't eat it because of the spice, but loved the flavor. I also thought the amount of liquid was very low for how many beans were in this recipe. I am making it again today but instead using a 32oz carton of chicken broth and reducing the chiles and red pepper flake by half. Hopefully it isn't as spicy this time, becuase it really has a great flavor otherwise. It's also very good with a dallop of sour cream added when serving.

YUM!! I make this weekly because my family loves it so much. We follow a plant based diet and this is such a great soup to look forward too. It tastes a lot like chili which is nice. I make the recipe as is and it's wonderful. We eat this with warm pita bread and occasionally add some provel cheese on top which makes it to die for!
