Garlic and Herb Marinade

Great marinade recipe! The only thing I added was a few bay leaves, and a tad extra garlic. We love garlic =) I used it on Country Style Pork Ribs then tossed 'em on the grill. Ooooh YUM! Anyway, it came out great - just like Mom used to make in summer time. Thanks for the recipe Denyse, will be using again and again!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Baked Ziti I

I started using this recipe about 3 years ago and neglected to comment about how marvelous it is until today! Although I do make my own sauce, I follw the rest of this recipe to a T and it is always a HUGE hit. Now whenever we have a pot luck at work I am asked to bring it! Love the recipe - thanks Colleen!!

No Beans About It - Chili

This was really good! Neither my husband nor I care for beans in our chili and I needed a chili recipe for chili dogs. This was a great start - it definitely needed more chili powder and hot sauce than called for (and we don't particularly like things spicy) - just had to add lots more to make it taste like chili :) I had to substitute garlic for onion and it came out great. I strongly recommend letting it simmer for as long as possible! The simmering time helps reduce the sauce from the crushed tomatos so it is not soupy at all! We will definately be making this one again!! Thanks!

Potato and Shiitake Mushroom Gratin

Very yummy recipe! The mushrooms definately add a flare to the "same old" au gratin potatoes!! Even my boyfriend who is not an big mushroom fan really enjoyed this.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Very good recipe! I used a skillet as suggested, then after chicken was done I put it in the oven to keep it warm. For the sauce I used 1 whole can of chicken broth, and added splashes of white wine and heavy cream. My fiancee loved it and asked me to make it for his parents (future mother in law asked for the recipe by the way!). Thanks for a new favorite!
