I have to say, after I rubbed the spices on the pork, I was pretty sure I had made a mistake (too much spice) No, everything was perfect. My ever doubting bf thought this was very good and he's a buthcher! We followed others advise a baked in the oven ( I'm absolutely positive the grilling method will be divine ) but right know its to cold and snowy. Made one change and used orange marmalade instead of apricot bacause I didnt have any. My son is the KING of sauces and this one will be a staple in our fridge. I'll bet its fantastic for dipping chicken fingers etc. The leftovers made kickin sandwiches the next day...ssoooo much flavour.
