Cream of Mushroom Soup I
This recipe was absolutely fantastic right off the bat I read the reviews....and agree wholeheartedly "Do Not Change a Thing" Please everyone....try the recipes on this site, just as they are written,at least the first time ...then make any changes that may suit your tastes. Yes this is a very simple method, BUT it works brilliantly

Jo's Rosemary Bread
I am so happy to have found this recipe! Although I have not experienced this bread exactly as the recipe reads ( yes admittedly I'm a recipe sniper !? * LOL ) Made a few changes, Used buttermilk instead of water Used 2tbl of rosemary (as others stated) Used 1 tsp garlic powder Used 1 tsp onion powder Used 2 tsp yeast Also ground the black pepper as I am a black pepper addict. On the advise of other reviewers: My first loaf was brushed with olive oil and sea saltand sprinkled with sesame seeds prior to baking. (march 20 2011 loaf was completely GONE ....EATEN by my 17 yr old son and 2 friends in less than 20 mins from the oven) Second loaf (march 21 2011... LOL) currently in the oven smelling absolutely divine Brushed with egg wash and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Very impressed!!! By the way this is the first recipe I have taken the time to rate and review. This literally took 25 mins to throw together and already has an outstanding flavour. I'm hoping it gets better with time (2 hrs till dinner) but i'm not sure I can keep my spoon out never mind my 17 yr old son!!!! Made a few changes...not big just personal preferrance. Used Chicken broth instead of water as others have suggested. Didnt have chicken boullion so substitute knorr vegetable cubes (2) Used whole onion ( 1 cup) 1 stalk of celery (1/2 to 2/3 cup) and 4cups of potatoes instead of 3 1/2 All for the sake of convienience ( whose going to use 1/2 cup of leftover diced potaotes) didnt add the salt either...tastes great just the way the recipe reads....Thanks for sharing I know this is going to be a Favourite!
