Banana Banana Bread
I am so upset after making this bread. I am an avid baker, have been since childhood. I had many bananas that went brown quickly, so decided to make banana bread.
After 2 1/2 hours of baking, my bread is still not done. It smells good; however, it appears that it may never be done. The outside is now burned, and I cannot cut through the edges of it with a serrated knife. The only reason I can cut into the middle is because it is still not done cooking.
I am so disappointed. If you decide to make this recipe, please consider using TWO loaf pans and not one, as the recipe indicates.
