This was pretty good. I ended up doubling the rice, chicken broth, Italian seasoning and garlic powder (next time I will triple the seasoning); used a 16 oz bag of broccoli, but kept the rest the same. After adding the boiling broth, I cooked the rice for 15 minutes prior to adding the rest, and ended up cooking the complete meal for 30 minutes (instead of the recommended 20 - 25 minutes) - plenty of time (45 minutes total) for the rice to cook. I enjoyed the French fried onions and would have never paired that with fish. Definitely a keeper!
