Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes

I made this tonight for dinner. Hubby liked it,but suggested some onion in them next time. I will make this again, except not in my toaster oven. They just cooked to fast.

Made this tonight for dinner. DH liked it, I thought the sauce was a little salty. I guess that was was the beef boullion cube, or maybe cause I quit smoking and everything just taste salty. Anyway I will make this again.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Just finished making these. I think they're ok, not as good as a philly soft pretzel though. I too add about 4 extra tablespoons of water cause I thought it was a little dry. Probably will make again

Classic Spanish Sangria

I've made this twice so far, and everytime it was well liked. I did use a blackberry merlot, also added strawberrys, black rasberrys, and red rasberrys. this was a hit with all my friend. Packs a punch!!

Banana Bread V

This is a great recipe!! I too added vanilla,cinnamon & nutmeg. Also I used half white sugar & half brown sugar. It only took about an half an hour to bake. I did it in the toaster oven. Everyone loved it. I'm making it again this week. Thanks!!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

I made this tonight and it was fantastic. I did add some other things after reading several reviews. I put garlic in with the rosemary & onion. Also I put some butter & rosemary under the skin on the breast. Squirted lemon juice in the cavity. Then sprinkled more rosemary and paprika on the outside, brushed with olive oil. It was the best chicken I ever made. Thanks Nannett!!

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

This recipe was ok. There were a lot of bread crumbs left over. I thought it would be more garlicy. Next time I;ll use more garlic. I scaled this down to 2 since its only my husband & me.Will try again. Thanks Kathy
