Love it, so simple! My son was home from college and he asked for the instructions so he could make it in his dorm

Spectacular, I had to make it two days in a row, because we were crazing it so much :)

Excellent menu! Thanks for taking the thinking out of coming up with a meal plan. This menu is a great example of how the meal planner feature should be used :)

Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
Fantastic, the fresh lemon squeeze prior to eating, made the flavors pop! My only slight adjustments were to season the chicken and to add kalamata olives.

It was ok, the family didn't care for it, so it went to waste :(

Great , well rounded menu, minus the hot dogs, but the fruit salad made up for it

These dinners were great, but a few minor adjustments would be made if I were to repeat this menu. The Pulled Pork was great, I "Islanded It Up", by adding Hawaiian Sea Salt and liquid smoke, fantastic. The Chap Chee Noodles were too salty, so that needs to eliminated in this recipe. Everything else was spectacular :)

Matar Pulao (Rice with Peas)

Great side dish, I didn't have the whole spices, but used ground instead (eyeballed) and it was wonderful. Very subtle and delicious.

Grilled Romaine Salad

Fantastic!! I had serious doubts, but went ahead with grilling the romaine and it was simply outstanding. My family loved it :) The slow roasted tomatoes were divine too.

Zucchini Saute

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
Great vegetable combination. Giving four stars as written, because of inaccurate cooking time, in my opinion. Also I would cut down the Italian seasoning to 1/2 tsp, because it overpowered the taste of the veggies. I would make again with adjustments. Especially during summertime, when zucchini is plentiful.

Wild Rice Casserole I

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
We really enjoyed this side-dish. Only drawback was that I expected it to be done in 2 hours and it wasn't. No worries, we just ate 2 hours later! I did add about 6 oz. more water to try to speed up the process. This recipe make waaaay more that 8 servings, so it would be perfect for a large crowd. We are looking forward to the leftovers of this one.

London Broil II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
Awesome marinade! I didn't have time to marinade for the full 5-6 hours. I can't imagine how amazing the flavor would have been if I had. This is a definate keeper. My boys are already begging for a repeat performance. They know I never make the same thing twice within a month's time. I will probably break the rule on this one, though.
