Sauerkraut Surprise Cake
I'm glad I made this while my husband was out or he would have never tried it! You really can't taste the sauerkraut outside of the texture and it has the texture of coconut! Next time I might add more cocoa or a little oil to the batter to make it richer, but it was still really good. Perfect for using up that leftover kraut from dinner!

Canadian Maple Rice Pudding
This was so quick and easy and delicious! I'm used to my dad's rice pudding which takes hours to make and a bunch of ingredients and I was able to make this all with stuff I had sitting around. I didn't have an maple extract or syrup so I just used a little bit of vanilla extract and some honey and it tasted wonderful! I highly recommend this recipe for anyone who might be craving some warm, creamy, and wonderfully spiced rice pudding.

Amish White Bread
This bread was AMAZING. I've made bread in the past but had a hard time getting the heavier flours like wheat to rise as high as I'd like. This recipe was really easy to follow and a quick make (as far as bread goes). It's just slightly sweet and very tender with the crust being just on the brink of chewy. My only modification would be to only add about 5 cups of flour initially and reserve the 6th cup for while your kneading. I'm definitely keeping this in my recipe book from now on. Thank you!
