Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
tastes just like a brownie, in the shape of a cookie. very chocolatey indeed, we dropped the cookies by the tablespoon.

Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
such a soft bread! it's absolutely delicious. i would divide the circle into 8 sections instead of 16, so the crescent form is more evident. can cut down on sugar if doing a more savouring bread (i used garlic butter). delicious and super easy to make.

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
i've never had challah before but i'm in love with this! i'm very much new to making bread, and it still turned out awesome! very moist and simple. for a 6-strand braid. looks complicated but it takes no time and looks impressive!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
I followed previously mentioned tips: refrigerating the dough in the fridge for an hour (after that, your dough is very easy to handle because it clumps nicely) and using eggs at room temperature. The serving size is 10 large cookies (measured out with a 1/4 measuring cup) or 20 smaller ones. I think the latter are perfect...well, maybe not for portion control haha. Watch out for the bottoms because it could easily burn due to the butter and high sugar content. Parchment paper was good-absolutely no need for greasing the sheet!
