Healthy Version: I used 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (in place of oil), 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites (in lieu of 4 whole eggs) and it tastes just as good as the original! If anyone can figure out how to remove the sugar without loosing the taste, let me know! :) Nutritional Info (1 slice): 178 Cal, 0.4 fat, 8.7mg cholest., 10.7 sodium, 41.1g carbs, 1.2g fiber, 26.7g sugar, 2.9g fiber
