Eveyone loved this except I feel this recipe calls for a sauce - I served with Cream of Mushroom soup heated up for a sauce. It was great!

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Great Recipe and so easy. Have already made several times. You do need to use more eggs for marinating. I usually use 3-4 eggs and serve the chicken with Honey Mustard Drizzle sauce found on this site - Delicious

Caesar Salad Supreme

Best Caesar Salad Recipe. Left out anchovies and added a par boiled egg. Don't skip making the croutons, it's the best part.

Terri's Veal Marsala

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2002
This recipe was scrumptious. I dipped the veal in egg before coating with flour mixture with a small amount of seasoned bread crumbs (just enough to give the veal more texture when cooking) I also doubled all the ingredients (except veal) and added mushrooms in step 3. Before adding the remaining chicken stock (I used chicken broth) I mixed 2tsp of cornstarch w/ the broth. This Recipe is definitely a keeper Thanks Terri!!

Followed recipe only omitting the brandy, turned out great. I made this three times since. Served over angel hair pasta. Just before putting in broiler I sprinkle flavored bread crumbs over top.

I made this with chicken tenders and used bottled lemon and lime juice and it was fabulous. I recommend making extra sauce for dipping afterwards.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2002
Fabulous Recipe. We did not find it salty at all. I sauteed green onions and mushrooms in the butter before adding rest of ingredients. Poured over chicken cutlets and only bake for 35-40 minutes as cutlets are thin.

California Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
Loved This ! 2 hrs before cooking marinate chicken with EVOO, garlic, lemon juice, S&P. Grill Chicken on grill pan for 1-2 minute per side (do not fully cook through). Then proceed to top with ingredients and bake until cheese melts. (Cooking time varies with thickness but make sure not to over cook the chicken)
